Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Sales Channels will lead efforts to enhance and transform the platforms and workflows that support our sales teams. This role is responsible for both optimizing current systems and guiding the assessment and implementation of emerging technologies, ensuring seamless transitions and measurable improvements in sales effectiveness. Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital product management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in optimizing workflows, driving UX enhancements, and improving performance in enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM preferred), mobile solutions, and emerging sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Existing Channels Drive improvements in current platforms, with a primary focus on Dynamics CRM.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance user experience (UX), and improve system performance for sales crew.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that make day-to-day operations more efficient and intuitive.
  • Prepare for and Implement New Channels Assess and pilot new technologies, including Agentic CRM and Mobile platforms, that will eventually replace or augment existing channels.
  • Develop strategies for smooth transitions, ensuring sales teams are equipped and trained for new tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate emerging trends and select solutions that align with business goals.
  • Leadership & Team Development Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales channels team.
  • Encourage rapid experimentation and user-centric design thinking.
  • Manage a team of product managers
