Position Summary: We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to serve as a force multiplier and act as the right hand to the VP of RevOps. You’ll take high-level strategic priorities and turn them into executable programs that drive revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success. You’ll take strategic direction and run with it: owning the programs, processes, and cross-functional coordination that power our go-to-market engine. Your primary focus will be Sales and Customer Success, with close partnership across Marketing Operations, Finance, and Field Operations where RevOps serves as a connective layer. This is a player-coach role. You’ll do the work, lead programs, and build your craft, while developing the leadership presence to grow into a formal people management position as the team matures. If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and wants a clear path to Director-level ownership, this is that role. This is not a maintenance role, this is a build + scale role. Revenue Operations at EverDriven is a strategic function, not a support function. We sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, translating company strategy into operational reality. Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000/year , based on experience + bonus potential Location - Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
