ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Manager of Revenue Projects plays an integral role within our commercial organization by working across teams to create processes that allow our teams to be more effective. This position works collaboratively with others to understand current gaps in our ways of workings and then designs new processes or technology capabilities to empower our teams to be more effective. This position will work with Region Revenue teams, Field Sales teams, Key Account Teams and Data Architecture teams to provide beneficial solutions to better enable our teams to drive Topline Growth. It is a highly visible position, working closely with senior leaders of the organization and various cross-functional work groups on a National Level.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with a preference to Economics, Business, or Engineering
  • PowerBI Report Building
  • Can run effective brainstorm and feedback sessions to gain buy in from key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results
  • Critical Thinking and Analytics
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in syndicated data and/or previous experience in Commercial organization in CPG company is a plus
  • Beer industry experience
  • Coding Knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Have a robust understanding of our data assets for Revenue Management
  • Work collaboratively with the Region Revenue Teams to identify current gaps in capabilities
  • Work with the Technology teams to design and create solutions to current gaps in capabilities
  • Create 1YP of capability enhancements on Revenue Technology roadmap
  • Build Custom Reports in Foundry & PowerBI
  • Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance on key initiatives
  • Work Cross Functionally across Finance dept, Technology dept, Finance dept, and Field Sales
  • 5 days in office
