The Senior Manager, Retail Marketing owns the strategy and execution of Studs’ retail marketing engine across a growing national studio fleet. This role builds scalable, repeatable programs that drive measurable traffic and booking lift while ensuring initiatives are operationally executable across 45+ studios. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with cross-functional influence. Success requires structured program design, disciplined project management, and clear measurement of business impact. The Senior Manager is accountable for delivering measurable results by making clear, timely decisions, aligning cross functional partners, and driving disciplined execution from brief through launch and optimization.
