The Senior Manager, Renewals leads a team of Renewals Representatives focused on driving customer retention and maximizing Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role emphasizes operational excellence, team development, and execution of renewal strategies to ensure revenue targets are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to optimize the renewal process, identify growth opportunities within the install base, and maintain strong alignment across functions.
