Job Description Summary: The Senior Manager, Naven health Regulatory and Quality shall have oversight responsibility for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs related to patient safety, quality monitoring, performance improvement, patient/payer/referral source satisfaction, identification and management of potential and actual risks. This individual shall have oversight responsibility for insuring policies and procedures meet all requirements of relevant accreditation organizations, regulatory agencies and applicable standards of care. Oversees all Risk Management processes to insure appropriate and timely reporting, assessment and management of potential and actual risk situations. Performs related duties as required. Collaborates, coordinates and communicates with departments across the organization with emphasis on integrating the Quality Management Program into all applicable activities. Oversee and manages the Quality Department and all Quality Nurses reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Quality and Regulatory. Job Description:

Requirements

A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, safety or risk management activities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare related field, including program development and supervision of a team.
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with oversight of specific programs such as risk management, performance improvement, or clinical management programs.
Participation in at least one successful healthcare related accreditation cycle.
Familiarity with Joint Commission and other infusion or specialty pharmacy and applicable regulatory agency standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to build a lead a team of employees to develop and achieve specific goals
Ability to use spreadsheets, use databases, track and trend network defined data.
Participation in professional organizations related to healthcare, risk management or quality management.

Provides leadership, oversight and support for the organizational-wide Quality Management Programs, including patient safety, risk management, performance improvement, patient/payer/referral source satisfaction.
Coordinates and oversee the Naven Quality Management Committee and Naven Safety Committee

Home Health Administrator
The administrator, or alternate on their behalf, is available at all times during operating hours and participates in all activities relevant to the professional services furnished
The overall operation and services of the home health agency.
Organizes and directs the home health agency’s ongoing functions
Maintains ongoing liaison among the governing body/professional advisory board and the personnel
In collaboration with the VP and DON of Nursing Operations employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate personnel education and evaluation
Plans overall development and administration of the Agency as set forth in the State Licensure Regulations under the direction of the Quality Management Oversight Committee and the Professional Advisory Board/ Committee.
Interprets and transmits policy to the Quality Management Oversight Committee, Professional Advisory Board/Committee, and supervisory staff to ensure compliance with policies
Develops standards and methods of measurement of Agency activity and coordinates the annual program evaluation
