You build scalable delivery models and translate customer insights into cross-functional improvements that drive long-term growth. The Senior Manager, Professional Services owns Invicti’s Professional Services function end-to-end, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing technical engagement, expansion support, and partner-led delivery. This leader works closely with Security and IT teams, develops deep expertise in our products, and brings strong curiosity to understand customer environments, challenges, and goals. This is a revenue-impacting leadership role, not simply a delivery function. The Senior Manager is responsible for scaling Professional Services into a predictable, high-margin growth driver by improving implementation quality, increasing expansion opportunities, strengthening retention, and building a scalable operating model. In addition, this leader will translate frontline customer insights into actionable feedback for Product, Sales, and Customer teams, helping improve the overall customer experience and long-term value at scale.
