About The Position

You are a business-minded Professional Services leader who operates with a GM mindset, owning attach rate, margin, delivery quality, and expansion impact. You focus on driving measurable outcomes, accelerating time to value, strengthening adoption, and improving retention. You are comfortable partnering with Security and IT stakeholders, bringing technical depth and curiosity to solve complex customer challenges. You build scalable delivery models and translate customer insights into cross-functional improvements that drive long-term growth. The Senior Manager, Professional Services owns Invicti’s Professional Services function end-to-end, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing technical engagement, expansion support, and partner-led delivery. This leader works closely with Security and IT teams, develops deep expertise in our products, and brings strong curiosity to understand customer environments, challenges, and goals. This is a revenue-impacting leadership role, not simply a delivery function. The Senior Manager is responsible for scaling Professional Services into a predictable, high-margin growth driver by improving implementation quality, increasing expansion opportunities, strengthening retention, and building a scalable operating model. In addition, this leader will translate frontline customer insights into actionable feedback for Product, Sales, and Customer teams, helping improve the overall customer experience and long-term value at scale. Requirements

  • Senior leader with experience owning Professional Services, Technical Success, or Customer Outcomes in a SaaS company
  • Strong commercial instinct, comfortable owning revenue-adjacent metrics
  • Deep technical credibility (AppSec / DevSecOps / platform software a plus)
  • Proven experience:
  • Scaling services profitably
  • Driving attach rates
  • Building partner-delivered services motions
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, can build and lead simultaneously
  • Executive presence to influence Sales, Product, and Partners

Responsibilities

  • Own performance of the Professional Services function, including attach rate, gross margin, delivery quality, customer outcomes, and expansion influence
  • Establish clear standards for time to value, adoption milestones, and measurable business impact
  • Operate Services as a scalable, productized offering with defined KPIs and predictable delivery models
  • Partner with Sales and Field Engineering to increase service attach rate and position Services as an outcome accelerator
  • Drive stronger retention and expansion outcomes through services-led engagements
  • Build repeatable expansion plays originating from Professional Services engagements
  • Define and operationalize a structured post-onboarding lifecycle from onboarding through advanced use cases
  • Standardize timelines, success criteria, and engagement exit conditions
  • Ensure teams focus on solving business problems, not just implementing features
  • Build and scale a partner-led services ecosystem with clear certification and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to align on revenue growth and customer outcomes
  • Serve as the internal voice of technical impact and customer insights
