With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. The Senior Manager, Product Operations Manager is the central owner of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) standards, governance, and cross-functional operating mechanisms for the CVS Media Exchange (CMX) product portfolio. This role ensures that CMX teams operate with consistency, predictability, and operational rigor as the business scales. As the enterprise steward of product operations, you will drive the systems, frameworks, and routines that enable strong decision-making, clear accountability, and seamless cross-team execution. You will serve as a critical partner to Product Directors, Engineering, GTM, and COE teams—balancing discipline with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a leader who excels at influence without authority, brings strong operational instincts, anticipates risks, and provides clarity amid ambiguity. You will also mentor Product Operations Specialists and elevate operational excellence across the organization.
