About the Team The Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) organization is committed to fueling the courageous entrepreneurial spirit that's at the heart of America's business owners and offer products and services to help them do more business. The Data & Decisioning tower is part of the Small Business Card Customer Management Product team, and is responsible for driving backend spending capabilities for all of our products. This is critical, particularly for our No Preset Spend Limit products, where there is no traditional credit limit. Our products help small businesses spend what they need, while still protecting the company from risk. We use cutting edge technology and real-time data to provide a seamless spend experience. In this role, you will manage a team of four product managers and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, business analysis, data science, and design to deliver these capabilities.
