About the Role The Sr. Manager will serve as the Product Lead for Servicing Strategy during our transition from legacy TSYS to the Modern Core (Orion), acting as the primary point of integration for Channels and Shared Services to ensure a unified migration. They will partner closely with Platform Leads to navigate complex architectural trade-offs, ensuring the Orion program’s vision is executed in a way that directly optimizes the Servicing experience. This is a high-visibility role requiring both technical depth and Director-level+ stakeholder orchestration to ground program scope, manage resourcing and capacity, and architect a multi-year integrated roadmap across 5 platforms and 3 tenants. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
