As the Senior Manager, People Systems at Vanta, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of our HR technology ecosystem, serving as a critical technical force multiplier at the intersection of systems architecture, process automation, and agentic AI. This role starts as an individual contributor with a clear path to people leadership as the function scales. The People Operations team ensures every Vanta employee has a seamless, well-supported experience throughout their journey with us. As we scale, our systems must evolve from operational tools to strategic enablers, driving efficiency, enabling better decision-making, and unlocking new ways of working through automation and AI while keeping humans in the loop for our core processes. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Head of People Operations & Strategy to build a modern, integrated tech stack that reduces friction, increases data integrity, and positions Vanta's People function as a model of operational excellence. Your work will directly impact how efficiently we hire, onboard, develop, and support hundreds of employees while building the foundation for our next phase of growth.
