We are looking for a Senior People Systems & Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team, reporting to the Director of Total Rewards. This role will serve as a key steward of our People systems and data ecosystem, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of workforce data while enabling better insights and decision-making across the business. This will include owning and optimizing data flows, integrations, and system connectivity across our People technology stack. You will partner closely with People & Culture, Finance, IT/Enterprise Systems, and business leaders to maintain and optimize our HR systems, deliver meaningful reporting and analytics, and support the operational backbone of our People programs. You will embed closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards to improve workflows, automate processes, and enable the team to operate more efficiently at scale.
