As the People Systems & Analytics Manager, you will be the architect of our people data infrastructure and the primary administrator for Rippling. Reporting directly to the Director, People Operations, your mission is to transform our HR tech stack into a scalable, automated engine that powers the entire employee lifecycle. You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be building the "single source of truth" that leadership relies on to make critical business decisions. From designing intelligent AI-driven workflows to translating complex datasets into actionable insights, your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently. You will own the integrity, governance, and integration of our people data, ensuring that our systems (Payroll, Finance, Benefits) talk to each other seamlessly and that our team has the real-time insights they need to thrive.
