The Senior Manager, People Programs is an individual contributor role that builds, manages, and completes projects supporting enterprise initiatives across Talent, Compensation and Benefits and HR Operations. This role partners with Senior Leaders and functional owners to move their priorities from concept to completion through structured project execution, stakeholder coordination and Workday configuration support. The position reports to the Senior Director, Talent and Performance and is part of People with corporate offices based in Denver, CO. This role is Remote and may require travel to various locations.
