We're looking for a People Programs & Operations specialist to own the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle work across recruiting, hiring and onboarding to performance, development, compensation and compliance. This is a true ownership role in a quickly scaling startup. You'll design, execute and scale key People team programs and operations that create a differentiated culture and ensure we scale successfully. You'll partner directly with leadership and operate with significant autonomy. If you've built this before at a high-growth tech company and found it energizing - not overwhelming - this is the role.
