The People Experience & Development (PXD) team at OneTrust is hiring a Senior People Programs Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This role is critical for the PXD portfolio, partnering with PXD Program Managers to support the discovery, design, execution, and ongoing operations of enterprise people programs. The Specialist acts as a flexible, cross‑pillar resource, providing analytical horsepower, operational rigor, and execution support to ensure programs launch smoothly, scale effectively, and deliver meaningful impact. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys managing multiple initiatives, and is energized by supporting high‑visibility programs that shape the employee and manager experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, and other related fields.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR, People Programs, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting or operating people programs at scale in a fast‑paced or evolving environment.
  • Strong program execution and operational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience creating tools, templates, and guidance for managers and employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with PXD Program Managers to support the discovery, design, and execution of enterprise people programs across the Experience, Performance, and Leadership & Development pillars.
  • Provide hands‑on operational and program support, including planning, documentation, coordination, and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Support program launches, pilots, and ongoing operations to ensure initiatives are delivered with high quality and operational excellence.
  • Support initiatives such as onboarding and delivering orientations, in-office activities, performance-related programs, manager enablement training and career frameworks to name a few.
  • Assist in developing guidance, templates, enablement materials, and program communications to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track participation, adoption, and operational metrics across PXD programs to understand effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support feedback collection from employees and managers through surveys, focus groups, and qualitative insights.
  • Partner with Program Managers and PXD leadership to continuously improve the quality, clarity, and impact of the PXD portfolio.
