The Senior Manager, Payroll provides enterprise leadership over payroll operations, systems, and controls within a Dayforce managed services environment, with a focus on ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll processes while thoughtfully evaluating upstream and downstream impacts across HR, Finance, Compliance, and Reporting. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and strategic leader who excels at anticipating second- and third-order effects when implementing policy, system, or process changes.
