About The Position

Senior Manager, Partner Management & Alliances who can develop innovative marketing programs to meet sales targets and increase revenue growth. You will excel at pricing strategy and resident category expertise, with experience in developing and implementing business plans and marketing initiatives. We seek a strong communicator with proven leadership skills in managing remote teams and the ability to multitask with flexibility, along with experience working with top-tier vendor communities. Along the way, you will get to: Develop & Execute Partner and Product Category Strategies Create and implement major product category and partner strategies, including business plans, marketing initiatives, merchandising strategies, and sales action plans to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives. Drive Sales, Margin, and Pricing Performance Set, publish, and measure sales and margin targets; develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize gross margins; ensure product offerings and costs are accurately represented in marketing materials to meet financial goals. Lead Vendor Relationships & Team Management Build strong partnerships with vendors to create high-demand product offers and solutions; manage and lead teams of 10+ individuals (including remote teams); communicate effectively across all levels to align on goals and execution. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university, MBA preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product merchandising or marketing, 3 years in management, preferably in the IT industry, with a medium to large organization.
  • Must have the ability to directly impact sales, margins, and manufacturer relationships.
  • Must interface with multiple levels of management within Insight, manufacturer partners, and customers.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
