The Senior Manager, Origination leads a team responsible for the negotiation, structuring, and execution of resource-related contracts and the implementation of policies and programs related to the expansion and diversification of Tri-State’s resource portfolio. This role will engage directly in, and oversee the team responsible for, the negotiation, structuring, and execution of long-term sales agreements. This role is responsible for building and maintaining external relationships with current and potential counterparties in the region to facilitate potential business transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with other Energy Management leadership roles to originate power supply and sales contracts, and project-manage related deadlines.
