This role serves as the central intake point for process changes and represents Order Fulfillment within critical cross‑functional governance forums. As a project leader, the Sr. Manager provides end‑to‑end project oversight, from planning and risk mitigation to stakeholder communication. Through close collaboration with cross‑functional partners, the Sr. Manager develops and advances plans that enable the Order Fulfillment team to evolve and meet the organization’s business requirements.
