Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Senior Manager, Order Fulfillment Process Strategy & Programs leads the strategic planning and governance of the US Order Fulfillment project portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization, resourcing, and execution of key initiatives. This role serves as the central intake point for process changes and represents Order Fulfillment within critical cross‑functional governance forums. As a project leader, the Sr. Manager provides end‑to‑end project oversight, from planning and risk mitigation to stakeholder communication. Through close collaboration with cross‑functional partners, the Sr. Manager develops and advances plans that enable the Order Fulfillment team to evolve and meet the organization’s business requirements. You are a strategic, operationally minded leader who thrives at the intersection of process, people, and technology. Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project/program management, operations, IT, commercial operations, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex project portfolios, including prioritization, resource planning, and governance.
  • Strong project and program management expertise, ideally with experience leading technology enabled initiatives involving system updates and deployments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate, influence, and champion initiatives across cross‑functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) preferred
  • Call Center and/or Hub Operations/Management services and/or customer experience marketing is preferred
  • Experience designing and implementing business processes that integrate AI capabilities with human workflows.
  • Experience working in biopharma, cell therapy, medical devices, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the US Order Fulfillment project portfolio, including prioritization, scoping, resourcing, budgeting, and governance.
  • Serve as the primary intake lead for process change requests, ensuring thorough assessment and alignment
  • Represent US order fulfillment in key cross‑functional project governance forums
  • Lead project and program management for strategic Order fulfillment initiatives
  • Lead initiatives to build business processes that leverage AI into our ways of working
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across assigned programs.
  • Lead the change management strategy for integrating AI into business processes, ensuring teams understand, adopt, and operationalize new ways of working.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance end‑to‑end process flows and operational plans across the US CommOps landscape.
