About The Position

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately picking, palletizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and meet established performance standards for accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will also support other teams as needed to maintain smooth operations while

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or order fulfillment environment
• Ability to meet accuracy and efficiency standards in order processing
• Commitment to following warehouse safety practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or pallet jack certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
• Previous experience in a high-volume fulfillment center.
