Anteris is a science-driven structural heart company that is redefining expectations and advancing the field through cutting-edge solutions focused on restoring native-like physiology versus treating symptoms of structural heart disease. We are currently developing a new class of TAVR designed to mimic the performance of a healthy aortic valve. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team. The Facilities & Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Senior Manager or Director (depending on experience) leads the strategy and execution of facilities operations, infrastructure planning, environmental health and safety programs, and capital projects across the organization. This role ensures that Anteris’ facilities, building systems, and overall physical environment effectively support the operational, regulatory, and growth needs of a rapidly scaling, FDA-regulated medical device company. This leader is responsible for building and advancing a proactive, compliant, and scalable facilities and safety function that enables manufacturing, engineering, and corporate teams to operate efficiently and safely. The scope includes oversight of facilities maintenance, building systems, EHS programs, construction and expansion projects, and vendor management. Partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and external contractors, this individual will lead a small but critical team while ensuring facility readiness, regulatory compliance, and long-term scalability as the organization continues to grow. At Anteris Technologies, you'll be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with aortic stenosis through groundbreaking medical devices. Join us in our mission to revolutionize structural heart solutions.
