About The Position

We’re seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager of Strategy Enablement to synthesize and accelerate our omni transformation agenda. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, storytelling, and execution, partnering closely with senior leadership to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives and decision-ready plans. This is not a traditional project management role. It is part strategist, part operator, and part connector — someone who brings structure and clarity, aligns cross-functional efforts, and advances complex work with discipline and rigor. Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity are essential to driving meaningful impact. About the team: The End-to-End (E2E) Omni Club Transformation team leads Sam’s Club’s omni-channel evolution, connecting in-club, digital, and enterprise initiatives to deliver seamless experiences for members and associates. Partnering across business, product, operations, and technology, the team accelerates strategic priorities and drives measurable transformation impact. Within this organization, the Strategy Enablement team translates complex initiatives into clear, decision-ready narratives and coordinated action. Operating at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, the team connects cross-functional efforts, clarifies ambiguity, and elevates leadership discussions to accelerate meaningful business outcomes. What you'll do... Develop high-impact executive communications by crafting compelling, decision-ready presentations that translate complex data and cross-functional initiatives into clear, structured narratives. Partner with the Director to frame key decisions, connect initiatives into a cohesive leadership story, and bring forward data-driven recommendations. Coordinate leadership forums to ensure discussions are focused, outcome-driven, and aligned. Drive clarity through structured planning and disciplined follow-through. Leverage research, financial and operational insights, and design thinking to simplify complexity and elevate storytelling. Utilize modern tools and AI-enabled workflows to enhance quality and speed, while continuously refining ways of working to increase decision velocity and organizational impact. What you'll bring... Requirements

  • A creative strategic thinker and executive storyteller who turns ambiguity into clarity and simplifies complexity through structured thinking and data-driven insight.
  • Highly skilled in data visualization and synthesizing inputs into a cohesive point of view.
  • Exacting in content refinement, with a strong focus on precision and impact.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field and 4 years' experience in engineering, project management, supply chain, operations management, or related field OR 6 years' experience in engineering, project management, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
  • 1 year's experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office (for example, Word, Excel).

  • The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
