By leveraging strong operational and analytical skills, the team drives improvements that strengthen the overall value proposition and support Walmart’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The Senior Manager, On-trip Strategy & Operations will lead the Gig-Driver pickup and drop-off strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. This role owns the end-to-end on-trip experience, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and driver satisfaction. Partnering across Product, Analytics, Operations, and Support, you will define the roadmap, scale solutions, and reduce defects across pickup and delivery workflows. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and reliable driver experience that improves platform performance, reduces friction, and supports sustainable growth.
