About The Position

As Senior Manager, Club Transformation, you’ll play a critical role in enabling transformation initiatives that modernize and elevate our experience for members. You’ll partner across teams to design, test, and measure new capabilities that drive better associate and member experiences. You’ll connect strategy to execution—bringing a digital mindset, coordinating POC, Tests, and Pilots, measuring and interpreting results, and helping scale what works. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves collaboration, and knows how to turn insights into impact.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing test-and-learn programs or pilots that improved operations or associate experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with comfort interpreting data to guide decisions.
  • Familiarity with club or store operations and digital capabilities that can drive performance.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to distill complexity into clarity.
  • Passion for innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.

  • Master’s Degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across Club Transformation to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and manage test-and-learn programs—including defining hypotheses, building A/B test plans, and coordinating proof-of-concept pilots.
  • Oversee test and control club design to ensure meaningful insights and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Club Support and Field operations on all Club tests
  • Analyze results and collaborate with analytics partners to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Channel feedback from clubs, associates, and field partners to refine digital and operational solutions.
  • Support business case development by assessing potential impact, scalability, and resource needs.
  • Create and deliver clear updates, frameworks, and presentations that align stakeholders and build momentum.
  • Champion collaboration and help remove roadblocks to keep initiatives moving forward with pace and purpose.
