About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Operational Controls Lead at Fidelity Investments. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and enforce the Vendor Management function's policies, ensuring flawless execution and quality assurance. In this role, you will promote and validate operational controls and support quality testing in daily processing. You will work collaboratively to identify risks, summarize results for management, and contribute to world-class operational excellence. The Vendor Management team is committed to operational excellence by enforcing policies, validating controls, and ensuring quality assurance across processes. The team collaborates closely with business partners to identify risks, improve workflows, and maintain compliance with standards and procedures. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on risk management and operational integrity within a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Fidelity's business unit structure
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in business administration, or a minimum of 5 years in risk management
  • Proven proficiency in capturing requirements, process documentation, business analysis, and testing
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and risk management processes and performance metrics
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with close attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business requirements into viable business solutions
  • Dedication to driving process improvements
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and deliver timely results
  • Capability to work at various levels of detail and concisely summarize results while proposing solutions
