Responsibilities include overseeing office processes, supporting clients and employees, managing internal and external communications, tracking compliance, administering the uniform program, and handling financial reporting. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in administrative and operational support
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership and accountability
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a client-focused mindset with the ability to respond quickly to evolving needs
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years experience in administrative support, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end administrative processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and ongoing support for site teams.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to leadership by coordinating client meeting preparation, reporting, governance activities, and internal communications.
  • Track and manage training compliance, safety documentation, and required certifications, ensuring accurate records and timely employee communications.
  • Administer the uniform program and oversee ordering and distribution of uniforms, equipment, and office supplies for new and existing staff.
  • Monitor accounts receivable activity, assist with financial reporting, and support expense processing to maintain accurate and compliant financial operations.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive, organized workplace culture while supporting day-to-day office operations.
