About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Site Operations & Publishing – Sportsbook is the bridge between Sports Marketing, Product, and Technology. You will lead and guide our Sportsbook Publishing team and be the owner of the content on display to Caesars Sportsbook customers. You will work closely with Trading and CRM to ensure the latest markets, events, and promotions are highly visible on the Caesars Sportsbook app. This position connects the excitement of Sports and Gaming with engaging digital marketing promotions. Requirements

• 5+ years of online publishing experience; ideally within online gaming, sportsbook, or DFS operators
• Deep understanding of the needs of digital sports betting customers and sports fans
• Banners & landing page creation; CMS experience
• Detail oriented professional with experience working with timelines around events and a marketing calendar
• Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Cross-functional collaborative team player with strong marketing team management skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to foster positive relationships across teams.
• Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal (employee) audiences.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external).
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the assigned desk area.
• Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and photocopier.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end process for Caesars’ Digital Sportsbook Publishing team in the delivery of relevant and timely content across all digital gaming domains including banners, landing pages, promotions, key information, markets, and sporting events
• Strong project management skills and deep understanding of the tasks and necessities of a high performing online publishing team
• Ability to lead the research and analytics required to continuously optimize the team’s efforts
• Manage and mentor the Publishing team members fostering an environment featuring cross-functional collaboration, high engagement, and accountability.
• Monitor upcoming Caesars Sportsbook promotional campaigns and own the content placement on the iOS and Android apps
• Lead the relationship with the CRM Sports team and ensure optimal placement and player engagement of their promotional campaigns and offerings
• Maintain a deep relationship with Trading to showcase the latest betting markets, allowing Caesars’ customers to easily engage with the latest sporting events and betting trends
• Proven track record of working with internal teams and delivering a first-class customer experience in an e-commerce environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Caesars Sportsbook to effectively communicate upcoming calendar events, product releases, and important communications
