About the Role As Senior Manager of Programming, you'll provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight for all programming across The Front - including Yoga, Group Fitness, Jiu Jitsu, and Youth & Adult Climbing. You'll directly manage program leads and managers, set unified standards, and ensure every participant - from first-timer to lifelong member - has an exceptional experience. Location: All Front locations Salary: $65,000–$75,000 DOE Schedule: Full-time, exempt (flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed)

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of professional experience in fitness, recreation, or program leadership
  • Have successfully led multiple programs or teams at once
  • Are confident using data and KPIs to guide decisions
  • Love coaching people and building strong leaders
  • Are highly organized and thrive managing multiple priorities
  • Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when needed
  • Put the customer experience first - always
  • Care deeply about consistency, systems, and operational excellence
  • Hold (or can obtain before start) a CWI Certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support program managers across all disciplines, setting clear expectations and shared standards
  • Build consistency in scheduling, curriculum, instructor quality, and participant experience
  • Set, track, and report on program KPIs - using data to drive improvement and growth
  • Oversee annual and biannual planning cycles and ensure outcomes are delivered
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, lesson plans, and quality standards across all programs
  • Coach, train, and develop program staff through ongoing professional development
  • Partner with Communications to promote programs and respond to participant feedback
  • Oversee program equipment, inspections, and inventory
  • Coordinate events, camps, private lessons, birthday parties, and special programming
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to protect the overall member experience
