The Senior Manager, Inventory and Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, distribution, vendor management, and supply chain analytics to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and service excellence across all centers while building scalable processes, enhance systems, strengthen vendor partnerships, and drive continuous improvement to support business growth and member satisfaction. YOUR GOAL Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable inventory and supply chain reporting to support operational planning, cost management, and product availability Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, optimizing procurement, inventory management, and distribution efficiency Maintain timely replenishment, demand planning, and logistics operations while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards Strengthen vendor relationships and sourcing outcomes through strategic negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy, lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and establish key performance indicators (“KPIs”) while partnering cross-functionally to align supply with service demand Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, reporting, and audits across all centers, implement controls and best practices, and manage sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and cost-saving initiatives Direct warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operations, optimize logistics and freight, and enhance inventory management systems while driving automation, analytics, and continuous process improvements Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, cost analysis, and compliance, and build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence Perform other related duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including multi-location retail/service distribution environments.
