Regions Hospital is Hiring a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator. The Regions

Requirements

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in medical supply chain and/or two years’ experience/knowledge of products and/or processes related to supply chain
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to read, speak and write English, work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks and respond to changes as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Two years of previous experience in a healthcare inventory coordinator role.
• Licensure/Registration/Certification: Valif Driver’s license and the ability to be insured to drive via Regions Hospital standard and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manages the inventory and distribution processes for supply chain operational supported locations.
• Manages workflow to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently.
• Coordinates all daily activities related to keeping accurate inventory levels in assigned locations. Communicate issues as they arise with leadership in both supply chain and supporting departments.
• Perform duties as assigned which may be interdepartmental or organizational wide in scope. May work at various sites based on need.
