About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Commercialization to lead end-to-end product development and commercialization for a fast-growing dietary supplement brand with over 200 SKUs across capsules, gummies, liquids, and powders. This role owns the execution of new product launches, reformulations, and supply chain initiatives across ecommerce and emerging retail channels. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, marketing, finance, and external manufacturing partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This is a highly operational, execution-focused role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5–7 years of project management experience in CPG, supplements, or food/beverage
  • Strong experience working with CMOs and contract manufacturers R&D Teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex product pipelines and multiple SKUs
  • Deep understanding of supplement formats (capsules, powders, gummies, liquids)
  • Experience with ecommerce-driven brands; retail experience is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proactive problem solver with strong execution focus

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification
  • CSCP (APICS) or similar supply chain certification
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management of new product launches across all formats
  • Develop and manage detailed timelines from concept through market launch
  • Align cross-functional teams on scope, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Drive accountability across internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Manage relationships with CMOs, R&D partners, and packaging vendors
  • Lead RFQs, pricing analysis, MOQs, and lead time negotiations
  • Ensure seamless handoff from formulation through production with Supply Chain
  • Track and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturers
  • Partner with R&D on new formulations, reformulations, and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with QA and Regulatory to ensure FDA and labeling compliance
  • Coordinate documentation including COAs, spec sheets, and product files
  • Support claims substantiation and regulatory review processes
  • Build and optimize scalable commercialization and product development processes
  • Implement project management tools, SOPs, and workflows
  • Improve cross-functional communication and operational efficiency
  • Support system integrations (Cin7, 3PL WMS, ecommerce platforms)
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Operations, & Finance
  • Translate business priorities into clear execution plans
  • Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions
