We are looking for a Senior Manager, Media Partnerships to join our Media Partnerships team, which is focused on growing, managing, and optimizing the company’s programmatic supply access. This role will primarily be client/partner facing and requires a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and the complex relationship between supply and demand.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience working with programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers and Verification tools.
  • 3+ years working in AdTech in a business development capacity with a focus on monetizing enterprise software and programmatic solutions with holding companies and agencies.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Analytics & Finance teams
  • Detail oriented, well organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify new initiatives and priorities for supply access + analysis, and lead a project from start to finish
  • Strong background with reporting + visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Pivot
  • While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Partner Relationship Management: Own monthly and quarterly partner status calls to review performance, share updates, and align on strategic initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Document and Onboard Supply Partners: Maintain comprehensive internal documentation for new supply partners, including POCs, SSP-specific best practices, technical specs, and operational guides to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent internal knowledge sharing.
  • Act as Internal SME: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on supply partnerships and media integrations, providing insights and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize Product and Workflow: Evaluate and advise on product updates, feature enhancements, and process improvements that impact supply operations and partner performance.
  • Measure and Report Performance: Establish KPIs and regularly report on supply partner performance with the Supply Analyst, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate on Financial Operations: Partner with Finance to support reporting, audits, invoicing, and payment inquiries while helping determine appropriate payment terms and credit limits for key partners.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business plans with supply partners to expand scaled access to inventory and enhance platform capabilities aligned with company growth objectives.
