Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and co-brand cards. Within Small Business Marketing, the Small Business Prospect Marketing Team creates best-in-class, integrated prospect experiences to acquire new Cardmembers and accelerate US SME growth. The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy – Performance & Reporting will own core performance and forecasting management processes, guide marketing investment decisions, and influence acquisition strategy across the Prospect Marketing organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how the business measures success, aligns on strategic priorities, and drives growth, while also managing and developing one analyst. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to drive clarity across a complex, fast-moving organization.
