About The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the marketing department to ensure that the Vision and Mission of Dr. Creflo and Pastor Taffi Dollar are manifested via publications, social media, creative content/graphics, and product development. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing strategies in support of the WCCI, CDM and TDE objectives for increased growth and market awareness. The Senior Manager will also ensure that marketing practices comply with legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations and advertising guidelines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing and/or Business-related field or commensurate experience required
  • 7+ years in a senior-level marketing role
  • 7+ years’ experience in project management or scheduling
  • 7+ years’ experience managing/supervising a team
  • Knowledge of principals of managing and coordinating a variety of program/project functions efficiently
  • Demonstrates advance proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project management software
  • Ability to multi-task, self-directed, detail-oriented individual who accepts work assignments and ensures follow-through to completion
  • Demonstrates success prioritizing and completing multiple projects
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Development, maintenance, and evaluation of planning systems to facilitate the timely delivery of outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Marketing Department.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to achieve the Ministry’s goals and objectives.
  • Execute discovery meetings with primary stakeholders to confirm to confirm event/campaign goals and identify correct target demographics, data, and insights to be utilized.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to various marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, which may include digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and more.
  • Create all event logistics documents, including but not limited to, Event Riders, Rundowns, Run of Shows, Technical Riders, etc.
  • Develop and design new products to provide our audience with teachings in the latest industry formats.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Make recommendations to changes in Ministry operations, services, and function based on market trend research.
  • Meeting with primary stakeholders to present events/campaign proposals, including visual direction, promotional strategy, and event plan to obtain final approval prior to execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintaining a strong brand identity across all marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data and analytics to make informed decisions/metrics presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners, such as agencies or influencers, to achieve marketing goals.
  • Lead marketing efforts for product or service launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotion.
  • Develop strategies to engage and retain stakeholders through various channels, including email marketing and social media
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop plans to enter new markets or reach new target audiences.
  • Execute all major event activations domestic and international.
  • Regularly reporting marketing results to pastors, executive management, and other stakeholders, and communicating marketing strategies and plans effectively.
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Hires and trains clerical and administrative staff.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of departmental staff.
  • Conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Assists with progressive discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and setting performance goals.
