  • Maintain a connected ecosystem between HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Amazon, and additional commercial systems.
  • Build scalable automation, lead-scoring models, lifecycle workflows, and segmentation frameworks aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the collection, cleansing, transformation, and uploading of offline data (sales, distribution, events, channel metrics, and more) to enrich CRM accuracy.
  • Enhance targeting, segmentation, funnel analysis, and revenue attribution across all commercial and marketing activities.
  • Lead major system integration projects, including PIM → PDX data transfer, content mapping, and multichannel synchronization.

  • Coordinate closely with technical resources responsible for implementing new features or enhancements to ensure functional requirements are translated by technical resources into technical documentation to reflect what changes were made to the system.
  • Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives that accelerate speed-to-market and operational efficiency.
  • Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and intake processes for campaign management, creative operations, and product information updates.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across marketing operations, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc KPI reporting across funnel metrics, campaign performance, Amazon analytics, Salesforce/HubSpot data, and more.
  • Support leadership with high-quality presentation materials and narrative storytelling grounded in data.
  • Own and manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring accurate organization, metadata standards, governance, and user access controls.
  • Lead a comprehensive DAM cleanup initiative, including asset auditing, metadata tagging, folder structure optimization, and archival processes.
