Senior, Market Access Strategy – Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Vertex currently operates at the forefront of rare disease scientific innovation and has successfully developed and commercialized multiple breakthrough medicines for Cystic Fibrosis (CF), Sickle Cell Disease and Transfusion-Dependent Beta Thalassemia. In addition to clinical development programs in CF, Vertex has more than a dozen ongoing research programs focused on the underlying mechanisms of other serious diseases such as programs in Pain, Type 1 diabetes, IgA Nephropathy, APOL-1 Mediated Kidney Disease, and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The Senior Manager, Market Access Strategy – CF will be responsible for delivering effective market access strategies and resources to maximize access and uptake for the five, currently approved medicines, and the CF pipeline program. This role will work closely with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, HEOR, Payer Account Management, and Field colleagues to ensure goal alignment and to meet corporate objectives. Responsible for supporting optimal market access across all marketed Cystic Fibrosis(CF) products through designing and executing high-impact initiatives to drive value message across Payers, PBM's, Specialty Pharmacy and other customer segments. The incumbent will be part of a team that creates and implements strategies to drive payer awareness of Vertex CF disease areas and brands, creates insight driven payer promotional resources, and provides best-in-class training and plan-of-action (POA) support. Location: hybrid schedule (3 days a week) Contract: Contract through end of 2026 to start Part time or Full time option availble.
