We're looking for a Senior M&A Integration Manager to join our small, high-impact M&A team! Reporting to the Director of M&A Integration, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of acquisitions to accelerate synergy realization and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This isn't just a role for talking about strategy; we actively create, update, and drive processes for a range of small to mid-sized deals. We're looking for a hands-on leader who brings structure to complex projects and leads with a collaborative and inclusive approach. You'll work with both dedicated and non-dedicated functional team members to achieve a shared vision.

Requirements

Proven track record of 5+ years leading small to medium scale M&A integration programs, with a focus on end-to-end ownership and disciplined program management.
Highly analytical, able to build and implement detailed project plans and drive a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong cross-functional partnership skills and experience leading teams through influence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data.
High degree of ownership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results.

Responsibilities

Oversee the coordination and implementation process, offering detailed program management to push timelines and deliverables forward.
Actively build, update, and implement repeatable processes and playbooks
Run specific workstreams, and provide hands-on project management support, including creating and managing templates, work plans, timelines and reporting.
Co-lead the due diligence process in partnership with the M&A Integration Deal Captain and CorpDev, focusing on a broad breadth of acquisition aspects..
Scope, prioritize, and quantify M&A integration plans based on strategic importance and feasibility.
Develop detailed plans to realize synergies and lead cross-functional teams in execution
Support the development of comprehensive communication plans for all partners, including internal eBay teams, acquired company employees, and external partners.
Work with the People Team to ensure that organizational culture and processes support and foster a collaborative environment.
