We're looking for a Senior M&A Integration Manager to join our small, high-impact M&A team! Reporting to the Director of M&A Integration, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of acquisitions to accelerate synergy realization and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This isn't just a role for talking about strategy; we actively create, update, and drive processes for a range of small to mid-sized deals. We're looking for a hands-on leader who brings structure to complex projects and leads with a collaborative and inclusive approach. You'll work with both dedicated and non-dedicated functional team members to achieve a shared vision.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years leading small to medium scale M&A integration programs, with a focus on end-to-end ownership and disciplined program management.
  • Highly analytical, able to build and implement detailed project plans and drive a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and experience leading teams through influence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data.
  • High degree of ownership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Bias for Action: You don't wait for perfect information. You move quickly and strategically, prioritizing progress over perfection.
  • Driving Accountability & Transparency, taking ownership of your work, communicate with clarity, and proactively bring up issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination and implementation process, offering detailed program management to push timelines and deliverables forward.
  • Actively build, update, and implement repeatable processes and playbooks
  • Run specific workstreams, and provide hands-on project management support, including creating and managing templates, work plans, timelines and reporting.
  • Co-lead the due diligence process in partnership with the M&A Integration Deal Captain and CorpDev, focusing on a broad breadth of acquisition aspects..
  • Scope, prioritize, and quantify M&A integration plans based on strategic importance and feasibility.
  • Develop detailed plans to realize synergies and lead cross-functional teams in execution
  • Support the development of comprehensive communication plans for all partners, including internal eBay teams, acquired company employees, and external partners.
  • Work with the People Team to ensure that organizational culture and processes support and foster a collaborative environment.
