About The Position

The M&A Integration Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the tactical execution required to successfully integrate newly companies into Community Management Holdings (CMH). This hands-on position focuses heavily on detailed project management, direct communication, relationship building, and effective collaboration with internal teams and acquired company personnel. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple large and complex initiatives, and has strong interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth transitions and effective integrations. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing integrations, acquisitions, or complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills; PMP certification or similar credentials preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Teams).
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, to support integration activities on the ground of acquired companies as needed.

  • Experience in community association management, property management, or service-based organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution: Create detailed integration project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with functional leaders. Track progress against integration milestones, escalate issues promptly, and ensure on-time completion of tasks.
  • Day 1 Communications Execution : Support the development of pre-close and Day 1 communications plans, and execute required deliverables Oversee the internal and external execution of the communications plan
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Corporate Finance, Community Financial Services, HR, IT, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver objectives and tasks. Serve as a key day-to-day contact for both internal integration teams and acquired company staff.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain open, effective communication channels with acquired company employees to address concerns, manage expectations, and foster a smooth transition. Facilitate regular integration status updates, meetings, and checkpoints.
  • Status and Risk Management: Produce integration status and update reports that can be reviewed by the integration team (internal and acquired team) and executives. Manage issue and risk tracker, identify integration risks, document issues, and work with owners to ensure resolutions are implemented.
