The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is a hands-on position and will be responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions that build individual & organizational capability and engagement to enable a talent-rich and high-performance organization. The role will partner closely with the HRBP organization and other business leaders to assess and identify needs across the organization and align the appropriate experience, exposure, or education solution to drive business results. The individual will help ensure the company is developing a talented and skilled workforce that embodies our values by growing our next generation of leaders. The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows: $140k-150k annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
