About The Position

The Intralogistics Solutions Senior Manager will lead the integration and strategic growth of KION North America's digital telematics, hazard avoidance, location tracking, semi-autonomous vehicles, and fleet services offerings. This role will unify the Advanced Applications and Fleet Services teams into a high-performing unit capable of delivering a full suite of intralogistics solutions to customers and dealers. The manager will drive adoption of fleet services software across the dealer network, support sales goals for telematics solutions, and collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Business Solutions, the Key Account team, and the Field Sales team. This position requires a visionary leader with strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills. Dealer Network Enablement Drive adoption and implementation of fleet services software across the dealer network. Develop training, tools, and resources to enable dealers to sell and support digital solutions. Serve as a key liaison between KION and dealer partners to ensure consistent service delivery. Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery Oversee delivery of contracted fleet management services and telematics solutions to national accounts. Resolve customer issues using internal resources and dealer coordination. Conduct site surveys and fleet analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Performance Management & Reporting Define and manage KPIs for solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and sales performance. Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Present performance updates and strategic plans to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in material handling, fleet management, or telematics solutions.
  • Experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of dealer service operations and fleet maintenance processes.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and fleet/telematics platforms.
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in full sales cycle mobile automation desired.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, Power BI) preferred.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • MBA preferred.
