Position Summary The Senior Manager, Internal Audit Strategy is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the audit strategy to position Internal Audit as a high-impact, innovative assurance function. This role blends strategic planning, governance, and business management with advanced audit methodologies—such as data-driven risk sensing, AI-enabled assurance, and predictive analytics—to drive organizational resilience and value creation. The successful candidate will champion a forward-thinking mindset, ensuring the audit strategy is agile, digitally native, and aligned with emerging risks and regulatory changes. You will develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps, optimize audit processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires critical thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to anticipate and respond to emerging trends and risks.
