Job Summary: This job oversees a regional or vertical sales team, setting strategy and ensuring execution against revenue goals. They are responsible for establishing and growing relationships with advertisers and agencies, educating them and driving revenue, as a result. They build senior-level client relationships and drive innovation in ad solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in a commercial or sales leadership role with direct ownership of revenue targets.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate partnerships and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong existing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, Rakuten, Impact, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of the broader ad tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and performance marketing platforms.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable using data to inform strategy and report on performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a track record of delivering results in a matrixed organization.
  • Travel required, as necessary, for customer-facing activities and team collaboration.
