About The Position

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies, thanks to the global success of the Omnipod Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes. The Senior Manager, HCP Marketing Strategy, Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is responsible for developing the US strategy and specific plans to drive confidence and willingness to prescribe with endocrinologists, pediatric endocrinologists, and other HCPs serving patients with T1D. This individual plays a pivotal role as we capitalize on our market leadership to drive category penetration in T1D and develop the market for broader HCP adoption and practice utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred field of study in Business or Marketing)
  • 5 years of experience between upstream and downstream marketing in the healthcare industry (medical device, digital health, pharmaceuticals, or related)
  • Experience delivering HCP marketing plans in collaboration with product and brand strategy teams
  • Experience with HCP engagement, advisory boards, and society/advocacy partnership
  • Ability to influence without authority and develop strong cross-functional relationships
  • Agility and a demonstrated sense of ownership to deliver on results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record leading product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional audiences

  • Experience in the diabetes industry or within chronic disease management is not required, but preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product marketing to define the messaging hierarchy and lead the overall HCP marketing plan to drive strategic objectives for T1D
  • Lead launch planning for US HCP marketing, optimizing plans for US HCP segments and across marketing and education touchpoints
  • Establish and pull-through competitive strategies and tactics across HCP marketing channels
  • Drive in-market initiatives, including new messaging, evidence dissemination, and other T1D market development efforts
  • Lead Insulet's strategy to deepen relationships with endocrinology, pediatric endocrinology, and certified diabetes educator specialties, including KOL engagements, advisory boards, advocacy and society engagement, and specialty-specific promotional and educational tactics
  • Set KPIs to measure the impact of downstream HCP marketing initiatives in driving T1D HCP adoption and practice utilization, in partnership with commercial and data analytics partners
  • Lead HCP marketing collaboration with our CGM partners, including co-promotion and joint education sessions
