We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Recruiting Operations to lead the development and optimization of our global talent acquisition infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in improving recruiting systems and workflows, advancing automation, supporting compliance across regions, and enabling scalable hiring operations worldwide. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to inclusion. What You’ll be Doing: Oversee and continuously improve global recruiting workflows for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience. Manage and enhance NVIDIA’s recruiting technology stack, including Workday, Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and related tools. Collaborate with Legal, HR, and regional leaders to ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws, privacy requirements, and NVIDIA’s diversity and inclusion standards. Proven ability to navigate complex, global M&A transactions with speed and precision Implement automation to improve sourcing, scheduling, hiring, and communication workflows, helping reduce manual tasks and increase recruiter effectiveness. Lead a global team of recruiting operations specialists with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support enterprise recruiting programs, including employer branding, employee referrals, training, and university hiring initiatives. Manage recruiting operations and vendor relationships with an emphasis on value, good experience, efficiency, and long-term partnerships.
