About The Position

The Senior Manager, Global Communications develops and executes integrated internal global communications strategies that advance Goodyear’s vision, shared objectives, and enterprise-wide campaigns. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using compelling communications to inform, inspire, and align associates across regions and functions. The position partners closely with Global Product Strategy and Planning, Global Product Design and Development and Global Marketing & Analytics to ensure messaging supports internal communications for strategic priorities and major transformation initiatives. It also leads global campaign execution and fosters strong information flow and connection across functional and geographic teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in communications leadership roles within a corporate or agency environment, including experience in global or multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing internal and external communications strategies, along with substantial experience advising executive leaders with confidence and credibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated internal global communications strategies that advance Goodyear’s vision and business priorities.
  • Lead the creation of communications plans that align with shared global objectives and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee global campaign development and execution, ensuring consistent, high impact messaging across all regions.
  • Provide executive communications support and strategic counsel to senior leaders to enhance visibility and engagement among associates.
  • Partner closely with the Global Product Strategy and Planning, Global Product Design and Development and Global Marketing & Analytics.
  • Ensure alignment and cohesion across internal and external communications efforts worldwide.
