About The Position

The Senior Manager, Global Business Development will report directly to the Director, Global Business Development, and will play a pivotal role in supporting the business development team in executing global business development strategy and travel agency sales initiatives as defined by VP Business Development and Sales Excellence and Director, Global Business Development. This role will be responsible for campaign tracking, inbound travel sales support for Travel Industry and assist with measuring sales effectiveness and conversion for Four Seasons Yachts. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive the growth of the business. This role will also work to nurture strategic travel partnerships to drive booking revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing support experience in luxury lifestyle or brand management
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as MS Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other functional programs.
  • English language proficiency, with professional fluency in German or French preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary sales representative for Four Seasons Yachts across European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.
  • Represent Four Seasons Yachts at key client engagement events in the region.
  • Support Director of Global Business Development to ensure tracking and reporting on the performance of partnerships, including KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze business development KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improving strategies and campaigns
  • Develops knowledge of Four Seasons Yachts CRM, owns CRM accuracy.
  • Assist with promotion of events to increase brand visibility and engage with the target audience
  • Supports event execution with planning, invitations, RSVPs and other event related logistics for both the travel agency sales and direct to consumer audiences.
  • Manage contractual deliverables, ensuring that objectives and timelines are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and tracking of the progress of partnership activity
  • Assist in managing the budget for partnership-related activities, ensuring that expenses align with the company's financial goals
  • Be the in-market expert for sales and marketing efforts to align with local and regional consumer protection regulations as it relates to the travel industry.
