We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute Senior Manager, Business Development to play a pivotal role in accelerating Nteractive’s growth in the US market. This is a senior, client-facing role for a natural networker, strategic thinker, and confident deal-maker who thrives on building relationships and converting opportunity into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building partnerships and long-term client relationships
  • Strong networking and prospecting capability
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Experience assessing and responding to prospective client needs
  • Strong business and financial acumen with an understanding of profitability drivers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see both opportunity and risk
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-focused approach
  • Quiet home working environment with reliable broadband (minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload)
  • Willingness to travel internationally throughout the year
  • Flexibility to travel to the office when required for collaboration or client meetings

Responsibilities

  • Expanding Nteractive’s client base by generating and nurturing high-quality leads through the sales funnel
  • Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers at prospective clients
  • Interpreting client needs and shaping compelling outreach, proposals, and messaging
  • Leading business development activity from first contact through pitch and RFP stages
  • Developing and implementing engagement strategies that convert prospects into clients
  • Acting as a client specialist in pitches and proposals, supporting high-impact presentations
  • Identifying strategic opportunities based on market trends and insights
  • Promoting Nteractive at industry events, networking functions, and media engagements
  • Collaborating closely with Client Services teams to ensure cohesive, strategic engagement
  • Strengthening internal alignment to ensure Nteractive’s value proposition is consistently communicated
