The team does this globally through in-person and virtual experiences. The GBX team's mission is to educate our broader community on Snap's brands by creating opportunities to connect with them on a more emotional level. They look for extraordinary and diverse talent who learn quickly, take big risks, and relish in surprising and delighting our community. As a member of GBX, you will oversee the conception, planning and execution of experiential marketing activations as well as bringing the Snap brand to life in various executions. Working from our New York office, you'll collaborate with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external partners to produce client-facing events, projects and experiences.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to influence across teams and time zones
  • Skilled in project ownership, initiative-taking, and task delegation
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Apple applications
  • Strategic thinker with both analytical and creative capabilities
  • Comfortable managing vendor negotiations and contracts
  • Thrives in both independent and team-based settings
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 12+ years of proven experience successfully managing and producing global events

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally to plan and execute logistics for Snap's signature brand experiences
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving projects across teams and time zones, and managing vendors
  • Facilitate ongoing, timely, and proactive executive communications regarding key projects
  • Discover interesting trends & think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life, spark interest, and champion creativity
  • Have strong relationships and experience working cross functionally, with executives, agency partners and fabrication shops
  • Make sure that events are planned and executed in a timely manner and within budget
  • Manage relationships with new and existing venues & vendors
