About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic financial planning and analysis within a fast-growing, fully remote organization. The Senior Manager, FP&A will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts while providing actionable insights to executives and operational leaders. By building robust financial models and dashboards, this role enables data-driven decision-making across departments including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. The position also includes mentoring and developing the FP&A team, improving processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical financial expertise, strong business partnering skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related analytical roles, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and operational business partnering.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and developing a finance team.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Own and maintain corporate financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Build dashboards, reporting templates, and planning models to enhance visibility into business performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to track and forecast key metrics, including SaaS performance indicators such as ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, LTV, and gross margins.
  • Support the Executive Team and Board with financial updates, performance insights, and strategic analyses.
  • Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and proactive analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and analytical rigor across the FP&A function.
